Turmeric

Pooja turmeric powder (Haldi) is pure, finely ground turmeric specifically prepared for Hindu religious rituals.

It symbolizes purity, prosperity and positive energy. 

It is offered to deities, especially Goddesses like Lakshmi, Durga, and Parvati, and used in rituals to enhance divine connection.

It is used to make auspicious pastes for applying to idols, create Ganesha forms, apply tilak, and cleanse spaces, bringing divine grace and warding off negativity in religious ceremonies. 

It is usually sold as pure Haldi (turmeric) and also sometimes mixed with other sacred powders like kumkum.
