Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Pujamarket.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or ask for more information on the order to process an order.

An order can be cancelled by the user only if the order has not been shipped. We will not be able to cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Partial cancellation of an order is not possible.

Return Policy

We do allow for return of components/products/kits/modules within 10 days of shipment under the following conditions.

The product has suffered any kind of damage while in transit. ( To be reported within 1 working day with photographic evidence )

Prior to returning any Goods to the Firm for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company. All Goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Firm and for providing proof of delivery of such return.

Pujamarket.in operates a 10 day return policy. To be accepted for return on this basis, Goods should be returned for receipt by the Firm within 10 days of delivery to the Customer. The Customer should clearly quote the Customer’s order number. Any Goods returned after 10 days as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' will only be accepted at the discretion of the Firm. All Goods returned (whether within 10 days of delivery or otherwise) will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of INR 500). We allow for return of products provided they have not been tampered or used in any form. Partial return may be possible in certain conditions and is taken-up on case-to-case basis for which the customer has to contact Pujamarket.in to deduce an amicable solution. But it is at the discretion of Pujamarket.in to process a partial return.

Any electronic/electrical goods supplied in sealed packaging may not be returned if the blister or 'peel' packs in which they are supplied has been opened, tampered with or damaged.

Note:

#. For some electronic and electrical products used in puja decoration, due to the electronic and technical nature of the products, we shall accept a return only if it is unused and packed in the packing as received.
#. Shipping charges are non refundable in case a product is returned.

Refund related issues

If you have received a mail from us confirming your cancellation/return request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with our payment partners for the same. However, if the refund has not happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
